We sell a wide variety of welding supplies, gasses, welders, plasmas, and tools. We also offer custom plasma cut orders and welder repairs, parts, and service. Rocky Mills

Rocky is the owner of Bar M Enterprises and has been in the game for 39+ years. He has worked for all of the big name welding supply industries around and decided to branch off. He wanted to focus on great customer service and treating even the small business like the big guys! His goal is to have the best pricing around and make sure all our customers are taken care of! Rocky does all the ordering and some of the deliveries. Any questions you have about any of our products, Rocky is the guy with the answers.

Destiny Mills

Destiny is Rocky's daughter-in-law and handles inside sales, design, and billing. After having the youngest grandson back in 2017, she decided to work for the family business. When you walk into Bar M Enterprises she will be at the front desk ready to help! Any questions about pricing, billing, or ourCNC plasma table, Destiny will have your answer!

Glenda Mills

Glenda is Rocky's wife and handles all the inventory and office paper work. After retiring in the beginning of 2021, Glenda decided to come in and give us a helping hand by doing one of the hardest parts, keeping up with stock! With Glenda's help, things have been easier to locate for both us and our customers. Any questions about the locations of product in the store, Glenda will know where it is!

Joshua Mills

Josh is Rocky and Glenda's son and handles outside sales, all of the deliveries, and runs the CNC plasma table. After being a retail manager for so long, Josh decided to come work with the family. Josh is a big part of the company! With him doing all the deliveries, Rocky is able to stay in the store more. Any questions on deliveries, products, or our plasma table, he's the guy with the answers!
